Easily disassembles to clean. Grate cheese in either right or left hand but both hands are needed to grate cheese. Grate hard or soft cheese. The jumbo rotary design allows you to pack the rotary drum full of cheese. Great for restuarants where cheese is added per preference of the customer and a need to eliminate handling the cheese hands-on is desired.
