Shipping and Return Policies


S. Freedman & Sons, Inc. ships most orders using our own fleet of trucks to building service contractors, restaurants, hotels, gyms, places of worship, retail stores, healthcare facilities, and other business establishments in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. We also ship throughout the United States by utilizing UPS and Common Carriers. 

Delivery Times

S. Freedman & Sons strives to fulfill your order within 1-2 days of receipt. Most of our products ship direct from our facility in Landover, Maryland.

Damaged or Missing Goods

We take great care in making sure you get the right products, delivered to you in a timely manner and in excellent condition. But sometimes products may get damaged while shipping. If that happens to a product you have received from us, the following is what we’d like you to do:

  1. Check all products carefully when your shipment arrives.

  2. Check for damaged boxes or missing items and make note on your delivery receipt.

  3. Retain your copy of the delivery receipt.

  4. Contact us within 24 hours / 1 business day you receive your shipment. Contact us by phone at 877.955.0001 or through email at support@sfreedman.com.

  5. Take pictures for documentation.

  6. Keep the damaged package for pickup and replacement

Warehouse Pick Up

S. Freedman & Sons offers a showroom for instant purchases and a Will Call station for customer pickup. We are located 3322 Pennsy Drive, Landover, Maryland, 20785.

Returns Policy

Stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. We will issue a credit once we have received the product and deemed it to be resellable. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.

Custom printed items, special order items, and Covid related items are non-returnable.
