Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

S. Freedman & Sons uses our own fleet of trucks to ship to businesses, building service contractors, restaurants, hotels, gyms and medical care facilities in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. We also use common ground carriers as well depending on location and size of shipment. S. Freedman & Sons uses our Network Services to ship anywhere in the US to help reduce shipping costs and reduce our carbon footprint. We pass the savings on to you through lower costs and savings.

Delivery Times

S. Freedman & Sons strives to get your order within 1-2 days of your order. Most of our products ship direct from our facilities in Landover, Maryland. However, sometimes we dropship from the manufacturer or through our Network Services program and delivery times may vary. When using common carriers delivery times depend on delivery location and size of shipment (typically 1-10 days).

We do offer expedited shipping for an extra charge.

Damaged or Missing Goods

We take great care in making sure you get the right products, delivered to you in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Sometimes mistakes happen and we’ll correct any error in your shipment and replace any damaged goods you received. Here’s what to do.

  1. Check all shipments carefully when your shipment arrives

  2. Check for damaged boxes or missing items and make note on your delivery receipt.

  3. Retain your copy of the delivery receipt

  4. Contact us within 24 hours / 1 business Day you received your shipment. Contact us by phone at 877.955.0001 or through email at custserv@sfreedman.com.

  5. Take pictures for documentation.

  6. Keep the damaged package for pickup and replacement

Warehouse Pick Up

S. Freedman & Sons offers a showroom for instant purchases and a Will Call station for customer pickup. We are located at 3322 Pennsy Drive, Landover, Maryland, 20785.

Returns Policy

All stocked items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. We will issue a return credit to your account once the item has been returned. We offer free returns for contract accounts for returns picked up on established delivery days. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.

All other returns are credited to your account minus the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

All custom printed items and special order items are non-returnable.
